72+ hours = 100% refund. Weather-cancelled flights always receive 100% refund or free reschedule. Add-ons (flowers/photographer) may have AED 200 per-supplier booking fee on cancellation.
Non-group bookings: 96 hours or more before departure has no cancellation fee, 72 hours or more has a 50% fee, and under 24 hours has a 100% fee. Group bookings of 4+ pax follow a 7-day / 5-day schedule. Hot-air balloon uses a 48-hour cut. <a href="/cancellation-policy/#activity-tiers">Full schedule</a>.
Helmet, goggles, gloves, fuel, water, and a guided briefing are included. Buggies / quads / bikes must be driven only in approved sandy desert areas, never on public roads.
