Can I book same-day?
Often yes - WhatsApp is your best path. We confirm based on remaining seats within 15 minutes. Standard and VIP usually have the highest last-minute availability.
Where do you pick up from?
We cover all major Dubai pickup zones including Downtown, Marina, JBR, Jumeirah, Palm, Bur Dubai, and Deira. Abu Dhabi pickup adds extra travel time and cost.
Do you fly in summer?
No. The season pauses from June 1 to August 31 for heat safety. Flights resume on October 1, but the desk can still help you plan year-round.
Can you help plan a proposal or birthday?
Yes - the desk coordinates private baskets, hidden ring setups with pilots, ground photographers, and custom breakfast moments. Mention it in the form or message us directly.
Which languages do you support?

Do you take cash on the day?
