Buggy / quad / safari cancellation tiers?+
Non-group bookings: 96h+ no fee, 72h+ 50% fee, under 24h 100% fee. A general 10% cancellation fee plus supplier fees may apply per voucher. Group bookings of 4+ pax follow a 7-day / 5-day schedule. Full schedule.
What if I arrive late for buggy or quad?+
Be ready 10-15 minutes early. Late arrival can shorten ride time because briefings and vehicle slots run on schedule. Reduced ride time from late arrival is not normally refunded.
What if the weather is unsafe?+
If we cancel or delay for safety reasons - extreme weather, road access issues, or official restrictions - we offer a reschedule or refund depending on the service and provider rules.
Are dune buggies insured?+
Safety gear and a guided briefing are included. Buggies must be driven only in approved sandy / desert areas, never on traffic roads. Damage from accident, collision, rollover, misuse, or late return may be chargeable under the rental agreement. Rider responsibility details.
