Is quad biking safe for beginners?

Yes. The 30-minute quad session is guided by experienced desert instructors. Beginners receive a 10-minute training briefing before the main ride. Minimum age 16 for self-drive quad.

How long is the Premium morning?

Premium morning runs 4 to 5 hours, often closer to 5 hours. Pickup 3:45-4:30 AM, flight, camp, quad, safari, drop-off by 10:15-11:00 AM.

Do I need to sign a waiver for quad?

Yes. Quad biking and dune bashing require a standard activity waiver signed at the camp. Insurance is included in the Premium price.

Can I skip quad and keep Premium pricing?

No refund for skipping quad. If you prefer balloon + camp only without motorized sports, Deluxe at AED 1,149 saves AED 200 per adult.

Is e-certificate printable?

Yes. Your digital flight certificate is emailed within 24 hours of landing, branded with your name, flight date, coordinates, and pilot signature.

What if the weather cancels my flight?

Operator-cancelled flights for weather or safety get a full refund or free reschedule - your choice, no surcharge. Guest cancellations 48 hours or more before the flight allow full refund or reschedule; under 48 hours the booking is non-refundable. <a href="/cancellation-policy/">Full policy</a>.

What is the cancellation policy?

Non-group bookings: 96 hours or more before departure has no cancellation fee, 72 hours or more has a 50% fee, and under 24 hours has a 100% fee.
