Is the breakfast served buffet-style or plated?

Hybrid. Main spread is buffet-style for self-serve variety. Hot cooked-to-order items are plated by the camp chef. Seating at low Bedouin tables with cushions - Western seating available on request.

Can I just have breakfast without the flight?

Is coffee or tea unlimited at breakfast?

Yes. Arabic coffee, teas, fresh juice are unlimited. Espresso available on request. Alcohol is not served - Dubai morning flights are strictly alcohol-free before return transfer.

How long is breakfast time?

Approximately 30-45 minutes at the camp. Pace is unhurried. Total morning 4-5 hours including breakfast.

What if the weather cancels my flight?

Operator-cancelled flights for weather or safety get a full refund or free reschedule - your choice, no surcharge. Guest cancellations 48 hours or more before the flight allow full refund or reschedule; under 48 hours the booking is non-refundable. <a href="/cancellation-policy/">Full policy</a>.

What is the cancellation policy?

Non-group bookings: 96 hours or more before departure has no cancellation fee, 72 hours or more has a 50% fee, and under 24 hours has a 100% fee.
