What is the cancellation policy?

Non-group bookings: 96 hours or more before departure has no cancellation fee, 72 hours or more has a 50% fee, and under 24 hours has a 100% fee. Damage or late-return responsibility?

Helmet, goggles, gloves, fuel, water, and a guided briefing are included. Buggies / quads / bikes must be driven only in approved sandy desert areas, never on public roads.
