What is the minimum age for kids?

5 years old with minimum height 120 cm. Under 5 cannot fly per GCAA. Under 120 cm cannot see over basket edge - immutable rule.

Are there age caps for grandparents?

No strict upper cap. Guests with severe mobility limits, recent surgery, or cardiovascular conditions should consult their physician. Most 70+ guests fly comfortably.

Is the morning too early for kids?

3:45-4:30 AM pickup can be challenging. Tips: early bedtime (7:30 PM for under-10s), light snack packed, warm layers for pre-dawn desert.

Can we stay together in the basket?

Yes. Family groups assigned same basket compartment. Our largest basket has 4 compartments of 5 each. Families of 2-5 fit in one compartment.

Do you offer family bundle discounts?

Family rates built in via child pricing. For 5+ bookings, group rates of 5-10% sometimes apply 30+ days out. Private 2-5 at AED 12,500 economical for 5-person families.

What if the weather cancels my flight?

Operator-cancelled flights for weather or safety get a full refund or free reschedule - your choice, no surcharge. Guest cancellations 48 hours or more before the flight allow full refund or reschedule; under 48 hours the booking is non-refundable. <a href="/cancellation-policy/">Full policy</a>.

What is the cancellation policy?

Non-group bookings: 96 hours or more before departure has no cancellation fee, 72 hours or more has a 50% fee, and under 24 hours has a 100% fee.
