No. Age 5 minimum is a GCAA regulation, not internal policy. No operator in UAE can legally fly under-5s. If child turns 5 within 60 days, reschedule possible at no cost.

My child is 5 but under 120 cm - can they fly?

No. The 120 cm minimum is safety-critical - shorter kids cannot see over basket edge or reach safety handles. Measure before booking.

Is the flight scary for first-time kid riders?

Most kids find balloon calmer than helicopter or rollercoaster. Ascent is gradual, no sudden movement, basket stable. Pilots narrate landmarks to keep kids engaged.

What if my child refuses to fly after arriving at camp?

50% refund on child ticket. Child stays with safety staff in camp while adult flies, or family rebooks together. About 5-10% of kids have anxiety - handled calmly.

Is there a kids' package with games or activities?

What if the weather cancels my flight?
