How does the ring handling work?

Provide ring at pickup in secure box. Pilot holds in lined zip pouch throughout flight. At pre-agreed signal (altitude reading or sunrise peak), pilot discreetly passes ring. Zero losses in 8 years.

What if they say no?

Morning continues as a private flight (AED 12,500 charged regardless). Photographer and drone footage still delivered. No situational details disclosed to other teams.

Can we coordinate surprise elements?

Yes. Common surprises: partner thinks it is regular Deluxe until mid-air, flowers hidden in camp, banner revealed at takeoff, video message from family played at camp.

Is the photographer in the basket?

Photographer on ground at launch/landing, not in basket (adds weight, limits privacy). Drone captures external angles, basket-mounted GoPro captures reactions.

What if the weather cancels?

Standard 100% refund or free reschedule. Ring returned unopened. Photographer/drone/banner deposit refunded except AED 200 per supplier booking fee.

What if the weather cancels my flight?

Operator-cancelled flights for weather or safety get a full refund or free reschedule - your choice, no surcharge. Guest cancellations 48 hours or more before the flight allow full refund or reschedule; under 48 hours the booking is non-refundable. <a href="/cancellation-policy/">Full policy</a>.

What is the cancellation policy?

Non-group bookings: 96 hours or more before departure has no cancellation fee, 72 hours or more has a 50% fee, and under 24 hours has a 100% fee.
