Can I get raw drone footage instead of edited?

Yes. Raw (unedited, 4K MP4, 8-15 min of material) costs AED 500 in addition to AED 200 edited - total AED 1,549 Standard + raw.

Does the drone fly near the balloon?

Safe distance per GCAA drone regulations - 30-50 meters laterally from basket, never directly above or below. Drone operator licensed, coordinated via radio.

Can I use the video commercially?

Personal use only. Commercial license at AED 1,500 (for influencer, travel blog monetization). Personal video watermarked with our logo.

What if weather disrupts drone filming?

Drones stricter wind tolerances than balloons. If drone cannot fly safely (rare), we substitute with in-basket GoPro footage + 50% refund on AED 200 upgrade.

What if the weather cancels my flight?

Operator-cancelled flights for weather or safety get a full refund or free reschedule - your choice, no surcharge. Guest cancellations 48 hours or more before the flight allow full refund or reschedule; under 48 hours the booking is non-refundable. <a href="/cancellation-policy/">Full policy</a>.

What is the cancellation policy?

Non-group bookings: 96 hours or more before departure has no cancellation fee, 72 hours or more has a 50% fee, and under 24 hours has a 100% fee.
